bending

Produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile materials,

Folding

The folding machine is a new addition to our services; it complements the existing press brakes, by covering a new range of applications such as: boxes, pans, enclosures and panels.

Folded part length up: Up to 3200 mm
Material thickness: Up to 3 mm mild steel

Mechanical Cutting

The cutting machine works by first clamping the material with a ram. A moving blade then comes down across a fixed blade to shear the material.

CNC Punshing & embossing

Punch presses are developed for high flexibility and efficient processing of metal stampings. The method is used where the application of lasers are inefficient or technically impractical.

v-grooving

water jet cutting
